Wilmington, DE - CLINICAL EDUCATION & LEARNING PARTNER

JOB DESCRIPTION
·         Determine learning needs according to agreed strategy to achieve current and future business needs
·         Design and project-manage medium-sized education programs that will drive improvements in the business performance
·         Manage the portion of the central E&L budget as assigned to specific project(s) and ensure that it comes within agreed targets
·         Work with internal and external Knowledge Experts to achieve desired programme content
·         Develop contracts for each learning program and agree these with the CE&L Partner Lead to ensure that they are aligned with department and business objectives
·         Develop evaluation data and metrics for defined education programs and use these to determine the impact of learning on department/business objectives
·         Provide regular updates on projects and activities to the CE&L Leadership Team and key stakeholders
·         Provide line managers with materials they can use to determine how learning is being transferred to the workplace
·         Work closely with the CE&L Operations Section and provide the appropriate documentation and details for the CE&L Operations Section to develop quality materials and logistics to meet the program requirements
·         Be part of the CE&L Partner network sharing best practice and learning
Help drive a learning and knowledge-sharing culture

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Clinical
Good working knowledge of the industry
Proven experience as an education professional with a wide knowledge of methodologies
Professional training qualification preferred (e.g. CIPD)
Specialist knowledge of design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional education programs in both classroom and electronic format
Proven track record in developing training materials to support clinical processes, procedures, skills and knowledge
Experience of using the Quantifying Performance Gap (QPG) process
Experience of managing a training budget
Proven project management experience
Proven strong facilitation skills
Needs analysis and post-training evaluation skills

Willingness/ability to travel both nationally and internationally
