New London, CT - PA&B SharePoint Developer/Administrator

Job Description:
  • Analyzes specifications, designs logic, writes code, customizes products, tests, debugs and documents software applications
  • Coordinates with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other modules and applications
  • Consults with users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met
  • Enforces change management policies
  • Stays abreast and trained in advances in their specific fields
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle and configuration management
  • Developer/Analyst - works directly with technology managers, business users, and vendors/partners in developing and managing projects from inception to deployment, including support and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
  • .NET   Desired 1-3 Years
  • MS Visual Studio  Desired 1-3 Years
  • MOST CRITICAL: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 SOLID YEARS SHAREPOINT EXPERIENCE
  • SharePoint Administration Required 4-7 Years
  • WILL BE PERFORMING SHAREPOINT SITE COLLECTION ADMINISTRATION 25% OF THE TIME AND HELPING WITH DEVELOPMENT 75% OF THE TIME; SUPPORTING 2,000 USERS; CANDIDATE WITH SHAREPOINT CERTIFICATION HIGHLY DESIRED
  • Provides expertise in software development, systems analysis and some project management
  • Experience with Performance Analytics & Benchmarking
  • Understands and implements the business needs of the business and successfully design and develop software solutions to satisfy business requirements
