This position will be part of the development team in the company’s Revenue Cycle System (RCS), specifically supporting the warehouse management System. The primary responsibility of this position will include but not limited to:
- Understand business requirements and develop technical solution to meet the requirements
- Create Technical documentation as per Pfizer’s SDLC methodology
- Perform hands on development in Synon
- Provide periodic project status to the manager on projects
- Monitor help desk queue and provide the required production support
- 7 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- 13-15 years of IT experience
- Functional and technical hands-on experience of AS/400, Synon applications required
- Experience, Warehouse Management, Order to Cash, Imports, Exports is required
- Advanced expertise (8-10 years hands-on) with Synon/2E, AS/400, OS/400, DB2, RPG is required
- Experience with MS Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for project/task documentation
- Experience using Sequel Viewpoint (desired)
- Experience working in a team environment with excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of Windows systems
