Job Description:

• Role is Clinical Education & Learning Partner within the Quality & Capability Development function
• The contractor may be assigned to one or both of the following projects: Education & Learning support for Payer into R&D; Capability Development for skill groups within Clinical Development

Specific skills required are:

• Project Leadership/Management; Stakeholder Management; Vendor Management; Knowledge of E&L Processes
• Determine learning needs according to agreed strategy to achieve current and future business goals
• Design and project manage medium to large education programs that drive improvements in business performance
• Work with internal and external knowledge experts to achieve desired program content
• Develop and agree contracts for learning programs
• Develop metrics for defined learning programs and use these to measure the impact on business goals
• Work closely with E&L Operations to ensure learning materials meet agreed business goals
• Be part of the CE&L Partner Network and share best practice and learning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / College Major: Life Science Degree preferred University degree or equivalent qualification
• 5-10 Years Work Experience Required
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably within Clinical. Good working knowledge of the industry
• Proven experience as an education professional with a wide knowledge of adult learning methodologies
• Professional training qualification (e.g., CIPD)
• Specialist knowledge of design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional education programs in both classroom and electronic format
• Proven project management experience
• Proven facilitation and influencing skills
• Learning needs analysis and post-training evaluation skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
