- Elicit and document the clients’ current and future state business process for the requested technology solution.
- Gather business, user, and functional requirements.
- Develop wireframes and supporting artifacts to further clarify the requirements of the desired system
- Lead JAD sessions with the development team and clients
- Serve as an application SME to the development and testing team
- Review test strategy and test cases to ensure proper requirements coverage.
- Manage requirements change controls throughout the design, build, test, and deploy phases.
- Perform product demos of the application to the client
- Ensure requirements align with technology roadmap and leverage reusable components where applicable.
- Assist the program manager is Project Management related activities
- Manage project timelines and schedule
- Ability to work with clients to proactively identify high-quality business and user requirements that accurately describe the problem or gap that the technology solution will address
- Project Plan Execution/Task Management Desired 1-3 Years Advanced
- PMP - Project Management Professional Desired 1-3 Years Advanced
- Undergraduate Degree Desired 1-3 Years Advanced
- Excellent Desired 1-3 Years Advanced
- Microsoft Visio Desired 1-3 Years Advanced
- Knowledge of internet/intranet web-based technologies and architectures
- Pharmaceutical Experience is not required but would be a plus (Pfizer Experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of business assessment tools
- Business cases and/or cost/benefit
- Current state analysis/needs assessments
- Knowledge of business modeling tools such as process and workflow modeling
- Skilled user of office productivity tools
- Exceptional knowledge of Word and Visio
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
