- Provide support to various business areas for administration of Standard Operating Procedures, Training Records, Master Records, Non-Master Records, Test Plans and other GMP documents as necessary
- Manage documents and test plans through Electronic Change Control and maintain these documents within PDOCs database or test plans in Core LIMS
- Process master records using QPS-NT and MBR applications
- MS Excel Required 1-3 Years Intermediate
- MS Outlook Required 1-3 Years Intermediate
- MS PowerPoint Required 1-3 Years Intermediate
- MS Visio Required 1-3 Years Intermediate
- MS Word Required 1-3 Years Intermediate
- The successful candidate will have the ability to learn multiple Quality applications such as PDOCs, ECC, Core LIMS, QPS-NT, MBR, MAPS, PacONE, etc. in order to support change control for controlled documentation
- Must interact with a variety of people to communicate effectively and provide services in a timely manner
- Must comply with cGMPs, company policies for records retention, and Pfizer standards for record maintenance and document control
- Experienced inputted, maintained, audited, and retrieved data and information using computerized databases or manual systems
- Independently respond to routine and non-routine requests for information, inquiries and changes for work
- Ability to handle heavy workload with short turnaround timeframes
