- The primary role of the Supply Chain Packaging Coordinator Associate (SCPCA) is to augment the Supply Chain Packaging Coordinator’s (PC) role by performing data management and purchasing activities to ensure the PC can execute his/her packaging jobs
- The SCPCA is responsible to provide data on component global inventory levels, create project files in GDMS for global PCs, create and manage purchase orders in Ariba and manage external contractor renewals via internal systems
- The component inventory levels will include reconciliation across several inventory systems
- Makes use of expertise in Clinicopia, GDMS, Ariba, vendor inventory systems and other systems e.g. Clementine
- Uses Clinicopia to fulfill orders and PC would perform check
- Uses Ariba to cut purchase order requisitions and manages the approval and payment process
- Uses vendor inventory systems to compile weekly reports on the global components inventory levels
- Creates and maintains GDMS project folder at job initiation and uploads files into system when required
- NO OVERTIME OR TRAVEL REQUIRED
- MOST CRITICAL: BACKGROUND IN CLINICAL SUPPLY PACKAGING; IT SYSTEMS (I.E. CLINICOPIA)
- BS degree or equivalent – preferably in the pharmaceutical field, logistics or supply chain
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Experience of systems administration, data entry, information management and process, and project management tools
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical packaging and/or use of Clinicopia and GDMS systems are preferred
- Competent in using MS Office information systems
- Effective in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, manage personal time and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
